Why we collect it
We use this information solely to assess your property, prepare a cash offer, and communicate with you about a potential sale. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third-party lead-generation companies, marketing lists, or unrelated buyers.
Who we share it with
We may share limited information with our solicitors, surveyors, or financial partners strictly for the purpose of completing a property purchase from you, and only once you have chosen to proceed with an offer.
How long we keep it
If you do not proceed with a sale, we retain your enquiry details for 12 months in case you wish to return to us, after which they are securely deleted. If you complete a sale with us, records are retained as required by law for property transactions and tax purposes.
Your rights
